These Website Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern the use of the website and any transactions between the website purchaser (the "Purchaser") and the company (the "Company") offering tickets and hotel accommodations for sporting events through the website. By accessing or using the website, the Purchaser agrees to be bound by these Terms.

Use of the Website:
a. The Purchaser agrees to use the website solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
b. The Purchaser shall not engage in any activity that may disrupt or interfere with the proper functioning of the website or compromise its security.

Purchase of Tickets and Hotel Accommodations:
a. The Purchaser acknowledges and understands that all tickets purchased through the website are strictly non-refundable once purchased, unless otherwise stated in writing by the Company.
b. E-tickets for the purchased tickets will be delivered to the Purchaser's email address as follows: Formula 1 events: 2 weeks prior to the event.
English Premier League matches: 1 week prior to the event.
All other football matches: 2 days prior to the event.
c. The Purchaser is responsible for providing an accurate and valid email address for e-ticket delivery. The Company shall not be liable for any issues arising from an incorrect or undeliverable email address provided by the Purchaser.

Intellectual Property: a. All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, and logos, displayed on the website are the property of the Company or its licensors. b. The Purchaser shall not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from the website without the prior written consent of the Company.

Limitation of Liability:
a. The Company shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses arising out of the Purchaser's use of the website or the purchased tickets and accommodations.
b. The Purchaser acknowledges and agrees that the Company acts solely as an intermediary and does not guarantee the availability, quality, or suitability of the tickets and accommodations offered through the website. We act as a reseller for the principal operator and as such, all clients are subject to the terms and conditions imposed from each provider.

Purchasing Through The Website:

A. Placing an Order
A.1. To enable the Company to supply the ticket you have ordered, your order must be received and properly recorded in the Company's computer and must contain all the details required for forwarding the products and for charging you. Various reasons are likely to cause faults and disruptions in the computer recording of your offer. If you receive a notice with regard to incorrect content in the details of the order or notice regarding a fault that has occurred in the system at the time of recording the order, we recommend that you refer to customer service immediately.

A.2. If at the time of placing the order you give erroneous details of identification, we will not be able to guarantee that the product will reach you. In the event that the ordered items are returned to us as a result of incorrect details that you have given, you will be held liable for payment in respect to forwarding and handling charges. Please be careful to fill in accurate and updated details. The submission of false personal details is strictly prohibited according to law.

A.3. You agree to supply all the required information as may be required for the Company to process and complete your purchase, including without limitation providing a copy of your Passport, to the extent required.

A.4. After you have confirmed your order by using the "send" option, your order will be transferred to the Company for execution. Commencing from the time of confirmation of the order, as aforesaid, the order cannot be altered and/or cancelled by you, except in accordance with the possibilities mentioned under the chapter headed "Cancellation of an Order" (Section 4 below). Your order will be confirmed by a return e-mail message which will reach your address within 3 business days from the date of confirmation of the order. An order which has not been confirmed as aforesaid will not bind the Company.

A.5. After an examination of the details of your credit card has been completed and approval has been received from the credit card company for executing the purchase and provided the item requested is available, your offer will be deemed to be executable, and the Company will take steps to supply the item that has been ordered.

B. Price Policy
B.1. The price you will be charged is that indicated on the Site on the date and time of affecting the purchase. Without derogating from the foregoing, the Company reserves the right to alter prices of items and/or services as displayed on the Site and it may do so at any time even without prior notice. The price you will be charged may be higher than the price printed on the ticket you purchased.
B.2. Sports Packages reserves the right to change our price automatically with online security systems in order to protect our customers from any potential threat.
B.3. Please note that the total and final price that will be charged by Football Ticket Net will be in Euros/Pounds according to the official exchange rate on the day of the purchase (there are no extra charges).
B.4. All prices listed on the site are per ticket.

C. Means of Payment
C.1. The payment for the purchase of items on the Site will be effected solely through a valid credit card which can be cleared by one of the lawfully operating credit card issuers as approved by the Company and/or its credit clearance provider. The Company will not honor any other means of payment.

D. Cancellation of an Order
D.1. All orders will bind you and cannot be cancelled without written acceptance of cancellation by the Company. The written cancellation shall be sent to sales@sportspackages.co.uk
D.2. Nevertheless, in case of a cancellation request, the company will try to resell your ticket in an attempt to recover as much of your money as possible. In some cases, this could be substantially less than your original purchase/price paid and we cannot guarantee a sale.

E. Delivery of Tickets
E.1. Upon successful completion of the transaction, you will receive a confirmation email containing details on how to download your e-ticket. It is important to note that the confirmation email serves as proof of your purchase and is not a valid entry ticket. The responsibility for downloading and ensuring possession of the e-ticket lies solely with the user.
It is imperative that you provide the Company with accurate details and any other necessary information for the timely dispatch of the tickets. You are obligated to communicate any changes to the ticket information or other relevant details no later than one week before the scheduled event.
In situations where ticket delivery is hindered by club regulations, the tickets will be made available for collection at the venue's box office or a designated pick-up point location. Sports Packages shall not be held responsible if the user fails to download the e-ticket within the provided guidelines.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

By using the website and making a purchase, the Purchaser acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. The Company reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is the Purchaser's responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any changes.
